General Terms & Conditions & House Rules
Valid for all accommodations of De Vos Apartments, De Vos Botanica, and Villa Damasco.
Welcome to De Vos Apartments! We want everyone to have a relaxed, safe, and carefree stay. By making a reservation, you accept the following conditions.
🕒 1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: by 11:00 at the latest
Upon departure:
- Leave the safe open
- Dispose of waste in the green containers
- Leave towels collected
Late check-out upon request (well in advance) → surcharge €90
🚭 2. Smoking & Prohibited Substances
Smoking is only allowed outside
Keep the environment clean (no cigarette butts)
Use or smoking of weed/drugs is not permitted in De Vos Apartments
🐾 3. Pets
Pets are not allowed in our accommodations
🔇 4. Quiet & Noise
Out of respect for our neighbors and other guests:
Quiet hours: 22:00 – 08:00
Keep noise at the pool to a minimum
🧼 5. Cleanliness & Housekeeping
Keep the accommodation tidy
Clear dishes and waste daily (tropical climate = risk of pests)
Clean up spilled liquids immediately
Optional:
- Interim cleaning & fresh linens → upon request (for a fee)
- Only clean towels? → Use the available washing machine (not for bed linens)
🧍♂️ 6. Visitors & Extra Guests
Maximum number of guests = number in the reservation
External visitors only with permission from De Vos Apartments
🔐 7. Safety & Responsibility
Close doors/windows when leaving
Use the safe for valuables
We are not liable for damage, loss, or theft of belongings
🗑️ 8. Waste
Dispose of waste daily for hygiene and pest control
Use the green containers for this purpose
🛠️ 9. Damage & Malfunctions
Report defects or damage immediately so we can resolve them quickly
Damage due to negligence may be charged
❄️ 10. Air Conditioning & Energy Use
Turn off the air conditioning when you are not present to avoid unnecessary power costs
Turn off the timer before departure

🚗 11. Parking
Park on the premises in the designated spot
Always close the gate after use
Parking on the street is at your own risk
🛍️ 12. Additional Amenities
Upon arrival, we provide a basic supply of toilet paper and trash bags. If you need more during your stay, you can easily purchase these yourself at the nearby supermarket.

Failure to comply with the house rules may result in termination of your stay without refund
